This is subject to availability but yes, you’re allowed to pick a room of your choice.

There will be no discount for group booking, however we always have special promos running throughout the year offering deals for students on some of our other services. Please follow us on Instagram: @studentaccommod8 to get up to date information.

Residents can only move in once payment is made. Your lease agreement with SA8 would typically commence on the date full payment is made (or when the final balance payment has been made) unless alternative arrangements have been made and confirmed with the SA8 team.

Yes, students can pick another room if the one allocated them does not suit their taste. This is subject to availability and approval of SA8. The satisfaction of our students is of utmost priority at Student Accommod8.

There is a fully fitted kitchenette available on each floor of each block. Gas burners are provided and allowed to be used during the residence hours of operations- SA8 provides the gas for the burners. We have made provisions for meals for our residents at the cafeteria.

NO, we do not routinely offer bedding to students as part of their lease package. However, we have been able to secure discounted rates for mattresses and other items for SA8 residents. Please contact SA8 on 08060671077 for more information.

Yes, residents are allowed to have small fridges in their rooms but these will need to be checked and safety certified before they are allowed into the rooms.

Residents are responsible for their own washing however SA8 will provide a laundry service at most residences. These launderettes will be fitted with washing and drying machines and the room will be made available to our residents for a fee to make doing their laundry less stressful.

There will be TVs provided in the common area (lounge), SA8 will also provide cable tv at most of our residences. We hope residents will make use of this area regularly and use the opportunity to interact with each other

Each resident is personally responsible for the cleanliness of their personal space. SA8 residence managers and their representatives will inspect rooms periodically to ensure that the facilities are kept in good order.

We encourage residents to keep their rooms and general areas tidy however a cleaning service will be responsible for cleaning of the public spaces in the building.

For maintenance issues or to request for a service, kindly inform your Residence Manager on site and he/she should acknowledge receipt of issues within 24hrs with a view to resolve all issues within 48hrs in most cases. Proposed resident must be a student of a tertiary institution (preferably) around our hostel site. All resident applications will be vetted and ‘Student status’ will be confirmed before a space is granted to each individual. All applicants will be expected to present a valid means of student identification- can include Student ID, Formal letter of confirmation from the university/polytechnic etc

We only typically offer two contract types: 1 year lease agreements and 6 month lease agreements. The type of lease agreement offered will be stated to residents beforehand. All agreements also include a set period that the hostel will be shut down for renovations.

Once a lease agreement has been executed and payment made to SA8, it will not be possible to cancel the Lease Agreement but provisions can be made in extenuating circumstances.SA8 will review all issues on a case by case basis
